Doing

Our Agile approach doesn't stop at planning (we wouldn't be properly Agile if it did). We apply it throughout the cycle of planning, doing, checking and acting.

When it comes to 'doing', Trovo has more than a decade's worth of professional web development experience, with some big contracts completed and successful sites produced. Rather than resting on our laurels though, we always try to make the next job better than the last.

We bring our Agile approach to development by testing everything we do, before, during and after we do it. We use our research skills to find out where the technical difficulties of a project lie early on. And we refuse to re-invent the wheel: we would rather solve problems with existing solutions than build something new from scratch.

Test-Driven Development

Test-Driven Development means that tests are set-up to prove code works before the code itself is actually written. This means that no code is ever written without a test to check it works, and that it still works days, months or even years later.

Prototyping

How does an Agile approach account for unknowns? How are we supposed to estimate accurately if we just don't know how to solve a problem with an untried technology?

Plumb don't build

There are many bright solutions available in today's networked world. Trovo understands this and takes care not to spend any time (or waste any budget) re-inventing the wheel.
